Error Message

SSL error: <xxx>. RefId: S00018

Probable Causes

After enabling enableHTTPS, the web application communicates with the DolphinDB server through the HTTPS protocol. This error occurs when anything goes wrong during the communication.

Solutions

Troubleshoot based on the specific error message and the OpenSSL documentation. If the error cannot be solved, contact DolphinDB technical support.
