Error Message

Out of memory error occurred during asynchronous sorting in TSDB cache engine. Will retry in xxx seconds. RefId:S01028

Probable Causes

Out of memory error while asynchronous sorting of the TSDB engine.

Solutions

Execute functions to clear memory and cache to free up memory.
Check if the submitted tasks consume excessive memory, and stop the relevant tasks.
Adjust the maxMemSize value.
