Syntax
maxPositiveStreak(X)
Arguments
X is a scalar/vector/matrix.
Details
If X is a vector: return the maximum value of of the sum of consecutive positive elements of X.
If X is a matrix, return the maximum value of of the sum of consecutive positive elements in each column of X.
maxPositiveStreak(X) = max(cumPositiveStreak(X))
Examples
$ x=1 0 -1 1 2 2 2 1 0 -1 0 2;
$ cumPositiveStreak x;
[1,0,0,1,3,5,7,8,0,0,0,2]
$ maxPositiveStreak x;
8
$ y=x$6:2;
$ y;
