New Features

Added new method runAsyncto class DBConnection.
Added callback method callbackHandler to MultithreadedTableWriter.
Added new class AutoFitTableUpsert.
The write mode of method MultithreadedTableWriter can now be upsert.
Subscribed data can be pushed through the connection established by the API subscriber.
Added support for downloading data using the Apache Arrow format.
