rowCummax(X)

rowCummax calculates the cumulative maximum values in each row of X.

An object with the same data type as X.

m=matrix([4.5 2.6 1.5, 1.5 4.8 5.9, 4.9 2.0 NULL])
rowCummax(m)
/* output:

4.5         4.5     4.9
2.6         4.8     4.8
1.5         5.9     5.9
*/

rowCummax(a)
